Wellness Massage

Wellness massage should be utilized by all people, no matter where they are in life. We focus your session by having thorough discussion with you about your goals. Wellness massage goals may include relaxation, general stress relief, and preventative muscular maintenance. You may choose this type of massage when you are not experiencing any significant injury or rehabilitation needs.

Rehabilitation Massage

Chronic pain, injury rehabilitation, post-surgery, and workman's comp or motor vehicle accidents, are all reasons you may seek out rehabilitation massage services. Your session is tailored to a specific and current need. When seeking rehabilitation massage services, you may be working with other health care practitioners, although it is not required.

TMJ Massage

Struggling with jaw pain, clicking, headaches, or facial tension? This targeted massage session focuses on relieving TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction using intra-oral techniques (performed with gloves), trigger point therapy, and myofascial release for the jaw, neck, and shoulders. Ideal for clients with TMJD, teeth grinding, or stress-related jaw tightness.

Adolescent/Teen Massage

Massage can support your teen's well-being, athletic recovery, posture, and stress relief. Sessions are tailored to their needs in a safe, respectful, and age-appropriate environment.
Parent or guardian are required at all initial appointments.

We are offering a free 30 minute massage to all physical therapists and dental hygienists for the month of October, 2025. You may also upgrade to a longer session, with the free 30 minutes applied. Appointments may be booked through October 31st, 2025. (Valid with Millie and Kathy only)

Each session is customized to today’s needs utilizing Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Craniosacral techniques. Come in stressed or in pain and you will leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.
